Today was my last long training run before my marathon in 2 weeks. I ran 26.2 miles in 3:51.29, and am I ever pooped. Here is the actual map and stats from my run.

When I got home, I put my legs into the cold water of our pool.

Someone told me that this would help me recover from the hard workout.

All I know is that I was stiff as a board when I got out of the pool. Maybe the fact that the water was in the 60's had something to do with that.
