My nephew,
Ruairi (Rory)
Moynihan,
just won the space coast half marathon in a time of
1:13.11.
He out ran the 2
nd place finisher by almost 2 minutes. This was his first ever half marathon, though he has run cross country since high school,
but has never run
this distance. He's down with his folks
from North Dakota, visiting relatives in Melbourne for the holidays, so he, and his father, Peter 2:19.15, decided to run the Space Coast half marathon. I am so proud of him,
and so very jealous, at the same time.
